A Special Dinner for the Birthday Boy!

I just love celebrations! Every holiday, whether it’s major or not, is always worth celebrating! Dinner for David’s birthday was grilled tuna with mango salsa, grilled veggies with a lemon pepper seasoning and healthy French fries. For an appetizer I served assorted raw veggies with Bethany’s healthy avocado dip. Yum!

By the way, I apologize for my awful picture… I was never meant to be a photographer! Ha!
